Role Description Summary You will be directly responsible to the Senior Manager, IT Systems, for the design, analysis, implementation, and maintenance of Hybrid systems OnPremises Cloud within SES and affiliated companies. You will lead big IT projects within the organization and for customerrelated projects, define the future strategy OnPremises and Cloud based on the latest IT technologies, and consolidate, using Hybrid technologies all SES IT Infrastructure. Service and customeroriented Experienced in Project Management Methodology and IT Process Methodology Experienced in DevOps and Cloud Technologies Primary ResponsibilitiesKey Result Areas Design and implement IT Solutions based on a Hybrid Infrastructure Azure SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, onpremises Design, implement and provide engineering support on Windows and Linux platforms, Virtualization platforms VMWare, Citrix, Nutanix, WVD, Storage environment NAS SAN, backup environments Azure Backup Veeam Manage and administer Active Directory Azure Active Directory Proactively stay up to date with the latest technology and analyze, design and implement optimized solutions providing constant optimizations and increased efficiency on all provided services and platforms Be virtualization oriented and be responsible for servers consolidation and migration according to Datacentre transformation recommendations. Be comfortable with ADAAD management tools Microsoft and thirdparties Provide continuously input to the Manager, Global IT Systems to improve systems and services Ensure full adherence to existing policies CoBIT, ITIL, ISO27001, IT Security, GDPRs and other regulations SES might require complying to Maturity improvement and adherence ofto all IT service management processes, including change management. Take the lead on Project Management from budget setup via procurement control to handover and documentation for the implementation of any required project using exist PMM Provide general engineering support to other sections in the operational, engineering, sales and business development area Provide other engineering or project management tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager Provide effective thirdlevel support Provide effective support to users upon request and deliver professional messages and communications according to SESIT standards Provide necessary input for annual budgets in time Liaise with equipment suppliers and recommend costeffective solutions and ongoing maintenance arrangements. Act as the interface between the executing party IT Systems and the internal and external customers Who We Are Looking For More About You To achieve the outcomes described above, we believe you will have the following SkillsCompetencies Innovative mindset, open to and stays up to date with stateoftheart infrastructure, communications and networking concepts and technologies Good team player, able to work in a global and virtual team Be an active player in the intake and service delivery process Proven sound analytical skills Excellent project management skills, able to coordinate, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Critical tasktactical related decision making, problemsolving and able to provide practical solutions Excellent vendor relation skills, communication skills, and diplomatic manner Willing to travel and communicate with international customers Fluent in English any other language is an asset Preferred Education Experience a combination of education and experience will be considered Bachelors degree or similar education level in Computer ScienceInformation Systems or similar Have at least 57 years of applicable professional experience Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in Project Management Methodology Proven experience in IT Process Methodology ITIL, COBIT Excellent DevOps experience administering and deploying CICD tools such as Git, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps Significant experience with Windows and Linux operating system environments certification is an asset Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions Infra as Code such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform, Graph API. Experience with any configuration management tool Ansible, Puppet, Salt, SSCM Experience in virtualization technologies Citrix, VMWare, Nutanix certification is an asset Experience with SAN technologies.
