The Senior System Engineer is the technical responsible of mission and satellite projects. Tasks Analyze the customer requirements and ensure that they are implemented Coordination of system development and subsystem activities Perform budget and budget margin tracking Coordination of satellite systems verification process Produce and maintain documentation specifications, design descriptions, ICDs, test procedures and reports Participate in project reviews Support satellite projects from the proposal phase through to the inorbit commissioning Management of suppliers with support by the Program Manager Qualoification Degree in engineering with a major in space technology or comparable qualifications 5 years of professional experience in space industry as system engineer or in similar positions Ideally, experience in ESAASI or commercial satellite development projects Communicative and enjoy working on large projects in a team Flexibility, responsibility, an independent and proactive approach to your work Confident approach to customers Fluent in written and spoken English
