Position Reference 648 We are currently looking for a Service Provision Engineer to work in the city of Prague, Czech Republic. The Service Provision Engineer will provide support in the scope of the review of Galileo Service Operator GSOp performance through the preparation and participation to relevant reviews and meetings and through the monitoring of the Service Provision activities performed by GSOp. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Support the Service Provision Manager for the change management process. Coordinate and contribute to review of Service Improvement Plans and associated PCIPs, and followup implementation. Represent the Service Provision team in the Risk Management Board Participate to and ensure coordination between Operations Change Control Board and Engineering Board. Prepare and participate in project meetings and reviews monthly, quarterly, yearly. Coordinate with Galileo Exploitation team for processing and implementations of the actions assigned at the above mentioned meetings. Contribute to the Lesson Learnt process. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Masters Degree in the relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Galileo, ideally in service provision. Being organised, dynamic and proactive. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. EU nationals. How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
