DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 1100 AM AST (1500 UTC), the center of Subtropical Depression Four was located near latitude 39.5 North, longitude 62.1 West. The depression is moving toward the east-northeast near 13 mph (20 km/h). A turn toward the northeast with an increase in forward speed is expected tonight and on Wednesday. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast during the next day or two, but the depression is expected to degenerate into a remnant low on Wednesday and dissipate by early Thursday. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches). HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND ---------------------- None.
