...1200 PM EDT POSITION UPDATE... ...STRONG WINDS...HEAVY RAINFALL...AND TORNADOES OCCURRING OVER SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY AND SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD NORTHWARD ALONG THE MID-ATLANTIC COAST THIS AFTERNOON... As of 12:00 PM EDT Tue Aug 4 the center of Isaias was located near 39.6, -75.8 with movement NNE at 35 mph. The minimum central pressure was 993 mb with maximum sustained winds of about 70 mph.
