Job Description ATG Europe is currently looking for a Thermal Test Engineer, to be deployed at the ETS test center at the ESA ESTEC facilities. Our client is one of the top players in the European space technology industry offering solutions for complete satellites, scientific payloads and aerospace structures. The company is currently working on a major European satellite development and manufacturing program and is looking for support in testing for this series of satellites. Tasks and Responsibilities Satellite thermal setup preparation installation and validation System testing during TVAC Test supervision and monitoring Functional and performance testing on satellite Thermal Control Subsystem Preparation of test specification documents and test procedures Thermal data analysis and editing of test reports Support in delegated QA tasks, like standard inspections, asruns, procedure variations, NCRs. Requirements University Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or other relevant discipline Several years of experience in satellite system testing Handson engineering experience in environmental test activities Experience and ability to read and understand written requirements and procedures Excellent communication skills fluency in English language is mandatory Ability to work both independently as part of a team.
