DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 500 AM AST (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Eleven was located near latitude 27.3 North, longitude 68.9 West. The depression is moving toward the west near 2 mph (4 km/h). A gradual turn toward the northwest is expected Tuesday morning, and this general motion should continue through Wednesday. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Some strengthening is possible during the next couple of days, and the cyclone could become a tropical storm by Tuesday. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).
