DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 1000 AM CDT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Eleven-E was located near latitude 15.9 North, longitude 105.5 West. The depression is moving toward the west near 9 mph (15 km/h) and this general motion is expected to continue during the next day or so, followed by a turn toward the west-northwest on Monday. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Steady strengthening is expected during the next few days. The cyclone is forecast to become a tropical storm by tonight, and could become a hurricane in a couple of days. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).
