DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 300 AM MDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Four-E was located near latitude 20.6 North, longitude 113.2 West. The depression is moving toward the northwest near 3 mph (6 km/h). A slow meandering motion is anticipated for the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. The system is forecast to become a remnant low later today.
