DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 900 AM MDT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Four-E was located near latitude 20.8 North, longitude 112.9 West. The depression is moving toward the northwest near 2 mph (4 km/h) and this general motion is expected for the next day or two. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. The system should weaken into a remnant low later today. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1005 mb (29.68 inches). HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND ---------------------- None.
