DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression One-E was located near latitude 14.8 North, longitude 117.5 West. The depression is moving toward the northwest near 8 mph (13 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue through early Sunday. A turn to the west is expected by Sunday night. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is anticipated during the next day or so. The system is forecast to become a remnant low by Sunday night. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).
