IF CHANTAL REMAINS A TROPICAL CYCLONE...A TURN TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST AND NORTHWEST WITH A GRADUAL DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
