INGRID IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 10 MPH...17 KM/H...AND A TURN TO THE WEST IS EXPECTED LATER THIS MORNING... FOLLOWED BY A TURN TO THE WEST-SOUTHWEST TONIGHT.
