DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ AT 1000 AM CDT...1500 UTC...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM INGRID WAS LOCATED INLAND NEAR LATITUDE 23.8 NORTH...LONGITUDE 98.2 WEST. INGRID IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 8 MPH...13 KM/H. A TURN TOWARD THE WEST IS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON...FOLLOWED BY A TURN TOWARD THE WEST-SOUTHWEST TONIGHT. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF INGRID WILL MOVE FARTHER INLAND TODAY AND TONIGHT. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 60 MPH...95 KM/H... WITH HIGHER GUSTS.
