TRUDY HAS BEEN NEARLY STATIONARY AND LITTLE MOTION IS ANTICIPATED TODAY OR SUNDAY. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 40 MPH...65 KM/H ...WITH HIGHER GUSTS. THESE WINDS ARE CONFINED TO A SMALL AREA OVER WATER. TRUDY IS FORECAST TO WEAKEN TO A TROPICAL DEPRESSION LATER TODAY AND BECOME A REMNANT LOW TONIGHT OR SUNDAY.
