Climate Data Processing Engineer Key Tasks and Responsibilities Our customer is a European organisation providing weather and climaterelated satellite data, images and products for its users. Your responsibilities will include Product and algorithm specifications for ERACLIM2 climate data records Implement operational product processing chains in the reprocessing environment Implement operational processors into the operational reprocessing chains Development and implementation of operational functional and product quality monitoring procedures for reprocessing monitoring and validation system Analyse resulting product quality of ERACLIM2 products Execute reprocessing campaigns for all planned ERACLIM2 data sets Prepare ERACLIM2 data sets for ingestion into the Data Centre Compile data set documentation including validation reports, user guides and format descriptions Compile project result presentations and participate in project meetings.
