Solution provides integrated jitter injection, 8-tap de-emphasis, and adjustable integrated intersymbol interference (ISI) for each channel individually. On analyzer side, each channel has clock recovery and CTLE. Support for up to 10 BERT channels enables mainframe to support 8 PCIe channels simultaneously for ASIC tests.
