RHEA is currently recruiting a Launcher Qualification System Engineer to support the qualification of the Ariane 5 ES and ECA launch system at our clients premises in Daumesnil, Paris XII, France. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include System engineering support to ESA Future Missions Project for the Ariane launcher development and qualification activities Establish and maintain the qualification files, qualification certificate of the launch system, safety files, and conformity files Loi dOperations Spatiales both for A5 ECA and A5 ES Support the organisation and the conduct of the Qualification Review to be established for the LTQR Launch Technical Qualification Review for the part related to the launch system Monitor and report on the project indicators for the different missions In charge of the Configuration Management for the Ariane 5 ES Galileo adaptation activities and maintaining project documentation database for this mission. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Master degree in Engineering or equivalent At least 4 years of experience in orbital launch vehicle qualification Knowledge of configuration management processes Strong experience interfacing with both agencies and industry Fluency in English, both spoken and written. The following skills would be highly desirable Prior experience in system engineering activities for an Ariane5 class rocket would be an advantage Fluency in French is an asset.
