A trough of low pressure is producing a large area of disorganized showers and thunderstorms along and off the coast of southern Mexico. A trough of low pressure located a couple of hundred miles off the coast of southern Mexico is producing limited showers and thunderstorms. Some slow development of this system is possible during the next couple of days while it drifts toward the west-northwest or northwest, closer to the coast of Mexico.
