Duties The Recruiter is expected to implement the following tasks Preparation and publishing of vacancies on selected channels, internal and external to Vitrociset Belgium Manage solicitate and unsolicited job applications Actively searching of highly skilled candidates via multichannel sourcing focusing on operations Engineering, Facilities Management, AIT Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Structural Engineering, Software Engineering, Optical Engineering, System Engineering, DataImage Processing, PAQA Engineering etc. Screening CVs, preselecting candidates and conducting interviews Establishes and maintain updated knowledge of the best sources of candidates organised per profile type customer Negotiate and formalises offers to candidates and prepares the bidding package to be presented to the customer in due time with minimal or no support needed Supports the possible follow up of the candidates till employment Work as a business partner with the hiring manager advising for the best staffing solution in response to their needs. Generate metrics reports and consolidate data for staffing and customer review following staffing instructions and processes. Coordinate logistical plan for interview events Keeps absolute discretion and confidentiality over the recruitment process and candidates information Is permanently looking for how to achieve and possibly increase competitive advantage with respect to competitors Education and experience University Degree in Engineering would be desirable Good knowledge of the Space Business job profiles, with strong focused on operations Engineering Facilities Management, AIT Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Structural Engineering, Software Engineering, Optical Engineering, System Engineering, DataImage Processing, PAQA Engineering etc. Good knowledge of the institutional customers like ESA and their working environment is an important asset Previous experience in competitive recruitmentt in a multinational environment, Good knowledge of the main assessment techniques structured or not structured interview model, group assessment Strong ability to negotiate Experience with ATS systems, Linkedin recruiter, would be a plus. RHEA Group is currently recruiting a Service Delivery Manager for German Space Market for the RHEA Group Professional Engineering Services PES Business in Germany. The position is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients including European Institutions and industry in the Space Sector. RHEA Group is growing rapidly and this position is key to ensuring that the company maintains good relations with its clients and continues to deliver as it commits to. The Service Manager will be part of the extended European PES Management team and will participate in the growth strategy of the business. This position is based in the RHEA Group office in Darmstadt, Germany and will report to the RHEA Group Business Manager Germany and France. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Responsible for managing the contract and ensuring quality of the service delivery to all PES clients in Germany, liaising between the client, the employees and RHEA Group back office. Coordinates the kickoff of new contracts, integrating the delivery and reporting requirements into the monthly planning and ensuring the onsite teams are aware of the contractual requirements. Performs the financial and technical monitoring of the contracts, highlighting possible risks and areas for improvement Assists in service review meetings to communicate technical tasks to the employees to achieve the deliverables. Builds strong relationships of trust with the client, understanding the technical and organisational challenges they face and identifying possible new business from RHEA Group. Responsible for ensuring the deliverables of the contract are achieved on time. Compiling and quality assuring the monthly and quarterly reporting of the service contracts under the German space institutional and industrial clients. Liaising with the technical staff for timely inputs Completing all required financial reporting Monitoring the internal and client KPIs. Implements and monitors the PES operations management processes across Germany. Ensuring clear communications with employees, and compliance to internal requirements. Reaches out on a regular basis to our employees in more remote locations, ensuring engagement with RHEA Group and managing any questionsconcerns they may have. Coordinates the performance management programme assisting in the annual performance review process Champions the Health and Safety Programme and RHEA Groups Quality Management System at all locations where employees are based. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory DegreeMasters in an Engineering or Scientific discipline or equivalent Must have experience in a technical services provider. Knowledge of German space industry would be an advantage Ability to build networks social and professional easily Good organisational skills and planning Diplomatic in your approach to problem solving Strong Business Acumen Excellent skills in MS EXCEL and numerical reasoning Good data analytical skills Competence in technical learning Excellent written and spoken English and German Excels within a multicultural environment and works well with remote teams Ability to travel when needed How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
