Tasks and Responsibilities Checking and ensuring order processing Processing of orders in various ERP systems Monitoring of order confirmations with regard to compliance with contractual conditions Delivery dates and quality requirements Obtaining information regarding export controls Analysis of delays prioritization of urgencies as required Control of shortterm and longterm operational action plans missing parts, improvement of Logistics processes ... Ensuring the resolution of conflicts Cooperation with suppliers as well as with transversal departments for implementation of preventive and remedial measures Implementation of action plans with suppliers to control capacity utilization. Requirements At least Bachelors degree in Economics or comparable studies MSOffice at least detailed knowledge SAP at least detailed knowledge Knowledge of different procurement tools is an advantage German minimum business fluent English at least business fluent Experience in procurement, ideally also in engineering, quality, manufacturing Ability to assess risks Very good negotiation and conflict management skills Strong communication skills, including active listening Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information The ability to integrate into a team High degree of sense of responsibility, resilience and organizational talent A high level of sensitivity with regard to possible compliance risks. Tasks and Responsibilities Supplier selection Definition of specific quality requirements to the contract Acceptance of management and quality dispositions of the suppliers Acceptance of the documentation and products deliveries in the frame of the contract execution Internal and suppliers continuous improvement Acting as focal point towards the suppliers for quality management activities Establishing the quality objectives and the quality planning surveillance plan, gates, inspection points, audits, ... of the procured products and services Implementing the quality standards applicable to the supply chain to ensure their optimum performance Accepting the suppliers quality plans and contributing to the acceptance of their management plans, assuring their application Managing and performing the acceptance of materials, products and services Planning and management of audits at suppliers, evaluation of their capability and approval of the suppliers selection Developing supplier performance through the acquisition of lessons learned, the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions based on key quality indicators Managing the nonconformities to be accepted before the deliveries of the products and those discovered after the deliveries and to launch containment corrective actions Root Cause Analysis and Eradication, 8D, ...
