Your main tasks and responsibilities will include Contribute to supplier capability assessment and supplier approval when required. Review and approve supplier product assurance plan, documents and standards. Ensure proper implementation of the product assurance requirements by the supplier and its lower tier suppliers. Follow and support equipment development through participation to development reviews, production controls and boards, establish and initiate quality surveillance plan. Follow equipment production, perform and adapt quality surveillance plan, verify the conformity of delivered product through production controls and product acceptance. Monitor supply quality through metrics and KPIs, evaluate supplier quality performance. Perform supplier reviews or audits. Ensure the implementation by the supplier of risk mitigation actions. You will join the supply quality organization department and will lead the supply quality activities related to the telecoms and earth observations satellite business. You will join the COO team and will work under the responsibility of the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager. You will especially be in charge of Thermal and Structure flight equipment and will be the main and official point of contact towards the suppliers in charge of managing the subcontract execution OnTime and OnCost performances as a priority but also Onquality. You will be the primary interface with the nominated suppliers and responsible for the relationship between the supplier and Airbus DS. You will be fully responsible for managing the purchasing phase of the supply chain core process and deliver equipments, software or test services to projects on time, to cost and fulfilling all performance and quality requirements. The successful candidate will be subject to UK National Security Clearance in order to undertake related work in accordance with business needs. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include I Procurement Phase Support the procurement phase Phase B of the supply process preparation of Invitation To Tender ITT packages, supplier proposal evaluation, supplier negotiation and selection for different projects. II Purchasing Phase Drive OQ OT OC delivery from suppliers by effective daytoday management of subcontract typically multiproject, international contracts timely and accurate reporting to PSMs facilitate appropriate technical interaction between project MSC and supplier. Identify in close liaison with the project team and the supplier appropriate risks covering technical, schedule and commercial aspects. Ensure implementation of mitigation actions by the supplier. Ensure fulfilment of export control regulations such as ITAR. Maintain metrics related to the execution of the contract schedule, quality, cost. III General Completion of annual supplier evaluation with appropriate support. Local followupsupport to development plans defined by SDM. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience HNDDegree in a MechanicalElectroMechanical Engineering related discipline. Proven experience in a Supply Chain Procurement environment within the Aerospace industry. Proven backgroundexperience in Propulsion. Proven experienced as Subcontract Manager or Project Manager.
