RAMS Support Engineer Deadline for applications ASAP Job Description We are looking for a RAMS Support Engineer on behalf of our client for their location in Bremen, Germany. The successful applicant will be employed by ATG Europe and not by our Client. The department is responsible for the overall System Engineering during the development phase of Upper Modules. The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to Tasks and Responsibilities Establish of FMECs, Hazard Analysis and Reliability Assessments including observed reliability and supporting Trade Offs for new development projects mainly fluidic systems Establishing of PFMEAs and Risk assessments for dedicated integration steps of Ariane 6 Supporting the establishing of inspections plans for Ariane 6 integration Define the Upper Modules physical and functional Architecture and ensure overall consistency of the design, including intermediate assembly steps Ensure, maintain and adapt the qualification status of Upper Modules and contribute to flight worthiness of the launcher Set up requirements allocations at Upper Modules subsystems and products equipment level, including interfaces management with board and perform verification upward VV. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Engineering First experience in space industry would be a benefit First knowledge in safetyrelevant standards as well as experience in RAMS activities Capability to analyze and synthesize Good knowledge of MSExcel and MSOffice German at least business fluent English at least proficient Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information Ability to integrate into a team High degree of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and organisational skills. For our customer in the South of Germany we are seeking for an AIT RF engineer, to work at customer site. Responsibilities You are working close to the customers AIT department. This is a fulltime position located at customer site in South Germany. The requested start of work is summer 2021 or as soon as possible thereafter. Qualifications Competencies The successful candidate shall have A Masters degree or equivalent qualification in Space System Engineering or related engineering discipline. Extensive at least 23 years experience in space systems engineering with focus on space satellite development including AIVAIT. Experience in management of industrial activities including reviews. Knowledge and practice in the application of ESA System Engineer Standards e.g. ECSSE10 series. Knowledge of space missions, knowledge of satellite PFM is considered a bonus. Good command in English language, German andor French a plus but not mandatory Specific Qualifications Competencies for the position as AIT engineer At least 23year experience in the AIT RF domain experience on RF Good knowledge in UNIXLinuxWindows usage and Jira tool. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 10 years experience in the space sector including 5 years in Product and Quality Assurance A strong profile of Software PA, with specific experience or knowledge of the following areas software engineering development, maintenance or testing agile practices for software development handson experience with static code analysis and tools alternative software development lifecycles, continuous integration and tools. Excellent interpersonal skills are needed, together with a high degree of organizational and communication abilities, and comfortable with working in a diverse and multinational team environment Candidates must be eligible for security clearance from their national security administration. Guiding and monitoring the application and procurement of EEE parts, materials and processes and controlling implementation of applicable requirements Produce reports on guidance provided, monitoring activities performed and status of compliance to applicable requirements. Monitoring the manufacturing, integration and test activities with quality assurance audits, mandatory and key inspection points, test witnessing and configuration inspections Produce report on activities performed with conclusion and recommendations. Defining the formal acceptance requirements and conducting the Acceptance Reviews of all contractual deliverable items Produce and implement plans for the preparation of the formal acceptance requirements, defining steps, inputs, outputs, participants, responsibilities, interfaces, and coordinating efforts of participants to produce resulting consolidated inputs to project documents. Produce also reports on the activities performed for conduction of Acceptance Reviews. Supporting the organisation management of the support from all PA disciplines Controlling NCR Waivers Problems Critical Items. Produce meeting agendas, check that all inputs are available for the NRB or CCB, check that all needed participants are involved, produce NRB or CCB minutes of meeting, followup on actions identified, ensure proper nonconformancewavierproblemcritical item closeout. Produce also reports on control activities performed. PA for the verification, qualification, acceptance delivery activities. The launch campaign. Participating in progress meetings and CCB meetings. Produce inputs to the meeting and whenever requested, produce meeting agendas, check that all inputs are available, check that all needed participants are involved, produce minutes of meeting, followup on actions identified, ensure proper closeout. Participating in all project reviews, including safety reviews. Produce reports on all review activities performed e.g. documents reviewed, checklists used, spot check performed, conclusions and recommendations. Reporting project PA status deviations from plan schedule of all of above. Requirements Qualifications Master andor PhD in engineering or technical sciences Proven experience in PA Safety in the space domain Knowledge of Configuration Management or the implementation of Product Assurance within a quality system certified to ISO 9001 would be an asset
