Tasks and Responsibilities As Documentation Management and Administration Support your tasks will typically include Support in proofreading, finalising and delivering the new EUMETSAT Management System Documentation, Support in traceability matrix between current and future Management System Documentation, Administrative support to Project team, Use of the EUMETSAT Documentation Management Tool and Intranet. Requirements Essentials The following mandatory skills are requested Knowledge and experience at least 5 years in Management System Documentation and ISO 9000 Standards Professional work experience at least 5 years in large and complex organisations where business processes analysis and modelling were implemented Very good IT skills MS Office, HTML. Fluency in English is mandatory, together with good communication skills. Desirables In addition, you should have demonstrated behavioural skills in Team working Planning, Organising Monitoring Action and Achievement Orientation Service and Customer Focus. You will be responsible for the management of the daytoday availability of the operational infrastructure of ESA systems. The successful candidate will be subject to UK National Security Clearance in order to undertake related work in accordance with business needs. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Proven experience supporting Business Critical Infrastructure and Services. Experience of Datacentre operations. Knowledge of Storage technologies. Experience of handling and managing large volumes of data. Infrastructure Design Implementation. Knowledge and hands on experience of installation, configuration and integration of hardware Rack maintenance servers, network switches, etc.. Experience of Cisco Nexus and 6500 chassis would be an advantage. Knowledge of Network Monitoring and Security would be an advantage. Knowledge of Juniper network devices would be an advantage.
