Position Reference 018 You will provide engineering support to the GSA for the Galileo exploitation phase. More specifically, the support is requested to contribute to deployment, qualification, validation and technical and operational follow up of the GNSS Service Centre GSC activities.This position can be based in Madrid, Spain or Prague, CZ. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include GSC major and minor releases deployment and qualification. Technical monitoring of Anomaly Review Board ARB, NonConformance Review Board NCR and Change Control Boards CCBs. Impact on the GSC INFR and L2L3 maintenance contractsactivities. Support to the identification of technical improvements of the GSC infrastructure and services. Follow up of the GSC user support and services activities. Support to the preparation of the next GSC INFR Framework contract. Support to the GSC Hosting services evolution. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a Masters Degree in the relevant discipline. You have at least 5 years of relevant working experience. You have working experience in operational validation and maintenance You have experience supervisinginterfacing with stakeholder and subcontractor At least level C1 in English understanding, writing and speaking. Position Reference 018 You will provide engineering support to the GSA for the Galileo exploitation phase. More specifically, you will contribute to preparation and technical support of the Galileo Service Facilities GRCGSC. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Prepare operations concept of service facilities, and contribute to KPI definition hosting entities, hosting services providers, infrastructure providers and operators. Followup technically ongoing service facilities contracts for Infra, Operations and Hosting. Support to the preparation of GSCGRC security accreditation files. Support asset management strategy e.g. spare parts, test equipment, and reviewing the asset utilisation plan of the Galileo Service facilities. Support to the definition of the service facilities infrastructure evolutions including interfaces, when relevant, with other Galileo centres for instance GMSGSC ICD.
