The role is varied within the Hosting Solutions team and covers Software System Maintenance and Scripting Development, along with Software Development. As an experienced OOD OOP Software Technical Lead, you will be championing and leading expertise in selected technologies used and developed by the Hosting Solutions team as well as leading projects alongside other senior team members. You will be working on the complete package of frontend and backend coding and include Machine to machine M2M and MachinetoHuman M2H. Position Reference 035 RHEA Group is currently recruiting a Project Manager to support its activities in Earth Observation across a number of high profile programs within the European Space industry. This role will be high profile within the group and could be based in any of the RHEA offices in Europe although Germany base is preferred. This Project manager will need to have a good understanding of the European Earth Observation programs and the Space Institutions and industrial landscape involved in those programs. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include You will be responsible for delivering projects to an agreed baseline, while managing project finances, reporting, schedule and risks. You will have direct interaction with the client, endusers and partner organisations, so presentational and interpersonal skills are important. Managing subcontractors, from selection via competitive procurement through to execution of subcontract Management of Firm Fixed Price contracts and Fixed Unit Price service contracts. Takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation and satisfactory completion of the project. Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project Manages the change control procedure, and ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off.
