New Hampshire officials have shipped blood samples they've received from people who were exposed to contaminated city water to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The state Department of Health and Human Service's communications director Jake Leon told the Portsmouth Herald Tuesday that the blood tests were shipped to the CDC in batches over the past three weeks, with the exception of those submitted by some residents without consent forms.
