Dallas-based Enlink announced the acquisition of LPC Crude Oil Marketing, which includes refinery injection stations, a fleet of trucks, 67 miles of crude oil pipeline and crude oil purchase agreements. The transaction helps make Enlink a complete midstream solution in the Permian Basin in west Texas and southeastern New Mexico, officials said.

Consumers can place orders online or via the Instacart mobile app, and personal shoppers then make the purchases at area stores and deliver the groceries using their own transportation - at a cost of $5.99 plus tips for one-hour delivery and $3.99 for other options.
