Polyester prices have stabilized in China, ahead of looming lunar year holidays, due to start at the end of next week. Prices have not moved in Pakistan, where import prices are no more falling. Polyester chain prices have begun dropping overall after the end of the US-Iran confrontation in the past week, although glycol prices have climbed further. The rise in Chinese capacities should continue to pressure prices in the coming months.
