A minimum of 4 years experience in space systems engineering with emphasis on ground segment design and architecture. Knowledge of European satellite systems Galileo, Copernicus is a must, knowledge or previous experience in Galileo is an asset. Past experience in verification and validation activities of complex systems from both technical or quality assurance perspective. Demonstrated capabilities in technical documentation writing in institutional context ESAGSA. English is the working language and a good command is required. Some knowledge of French is an asset. Ability and availability to travel. The candidate must have a nationality from any country in the EU and eligible for the EU security clearance up to SECRET level. Support the assessment of the performance of the ground infrastructure industrial contractors, through the review of the relevant KPIs and deliverables, and propose actions and improvements to address issues and opportunities. Prepare and support the development and deployment of ground infrastructure related to additional EU space programme components. Support requirements engineering performed at system level.
