Our client is seeking a Training Officer, responsible for training all of the Control Centre Operators. The Training Officer will ensure that the operators are all up to date with changes in the environment, with any new tools and softwaresystems being introduced, as well as all procedures and concepts relating to the environment. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential along with the ability to prepare and present powerpoint presentations. All applicants must be well organised with the ability to work well under pressure whilst meeting deadlines. Candidates will be team players who are capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience and be educated to a minimum of degree level or equivalent qualifications.
