Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Audit processes and controls related to vulnerability management Audit implementation of operational mitigations and operational treatment plans in general Audit implementation of processes and controls related to cyber security governance Support the development of cyber audit plan Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have significant demonstrable experience in a Cyber Security related environment You must have at least 4 years of experience in auditing and reviewing design and implementation documentation of secure systems, with focus on implementation of security in the design and security controls e.g. patch management, hardening guidelines etc in operational ICT systems You have experience in cyber security risk management You have experience in working within complex project environments involving several stakeholders. 1. Job Description As a member of the Agencys Security department, the GNSS Services Security Engineer will actively contribute to the fulfilment of the Agencys duties related to the following crucial areas Support the European Commission in exercising its responsibilities related to the security of the Galileo and EGNOS programmes Support and liaise with the Galileo and EGNOS exploitation programme teams in the Agency Support the EGNOS Exploitation Programme in the field of the Services and Systems Security Engineering Drive the security accreditation files preparation for EGNOS sites, Systems and Services Drive and monitor the implementation of technical and operational measures to improve the posture of Galileo and EGNOS programmes against security risks Follow Galileo andor EGNOS sites and infrastructure evolution to ensure improvement of the security posture The tasks and responsibilities shall in principle include Contribute to the endtoend technical management of the EGNOS Services and Systems security including cyber security policy Definition and maintenance of the EGNOS Programme security requirements baseline Impact assessment of security requirements changes Analysis, review and maintenance of EGNOS security requirements and documentation related to relevant GSA procurements Contribution to the technical reviews related to security aspects Verification of the security requirements implementation Contribute to the management of the current EGNOS operations contracts Contribute to the security accreditation processes and files for EGNOS sites, systems and services Contribute to the EGNOS security risk management process including security risks analyses for the exploitation phases of EGNOS and the associated risks treatment plans Manage the implementation of the security requirements and risk treatment plans Support at a technical level the European Commission on the GNSS Security Board and associated working groups Draft technical notes and reports on EGNOS system and service security aspects Assist the EGNOS Security Manager in the management of EGNOS exploitation programme Security Boards Assist the EGNOS Security Manager in the daily management of the contracts providing security support to the team 2.
