Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Support the Head of the Galileo Segments, Sites and Operations Security Unit to manage all technical and programmatic aspects related to the Galileo Security Operations Engineering activities Support to develop, maintaining and upgrading system security operational documentation such as System Classified MOCD, System Classified OSRD, System SECOPS, GSMC OSRD, GSMC SECOPS. Support for the definition, maintenance and upgrade of system level design documentation, contributing for the security operation aspect and ensuring the flow down and implementation of Mission Level Security Requirements. Definition of security operation requirements applicable to the design, development and validation of the system security operations, ensuring coherency with the deployment of new System Builds Support to Security operation in routine and special operations in both Galileo and GSMC eg Key Generation, KLVT, SIOT, LEOP, etc, as well as critical validation activities such as SCTC and system level validation. Support for security operation to contribute to the readiness of Galileo for service provision Supporting the Galileo accreditation process as main interface between the industrial operations teams and the Mission and Accreditation Level bodies managing the operational security interfaces to the Mission Level Operational Bodies Flight Key Cell, CDA, GSMC Managing the Galileo Security Operations Validation activities by ensuring readiness of security procedures for Satellite, Ground Segment and System Test Campaigns as well as ensuring validation of Mission Level Security Requirements Technical support the Galileo Anomaly Review Boards and Configuration Control Boards in the area of Security Operational Activities. Technical support in the definition of cyber security operational processes and procedures for the cyber continuous security monitoring of the Galileo system and risk mitigation Managing all security operational aspects the Galileo and GSMC reviews eg OVRR, ORR, LRR, System QR etc Technical support in managing the implementation of the Security Accreditation Methodology and associated outputs Threat Scenario Coverage both As Designed and As Built in all related security operations aspects Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Master degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or physics Substantial experience in security operations for ground and space assets Consolidated and proven experience in Satellite navigation, focusing on Galileo, as well as Consolidated and proven cyber security and continuous security monitoring. Experience in Operations Security Engineering Experience in Cyber Security from operations and security monitoring Fluency in English, both in speech and writing, with excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills Coordination with other service providers in operations team player Selfmotivation, ability to work in international teams distributed throughout Europe Having or eligible for personal security clearance from hisher national security authority The following skills would be highly desirable Experience dealing with security components and environments Capability for travelling within Europe The ability to multitask efficiently working on multiple activities, multiple subsystems and if applicable multiple missions simultaneously.
