This ESB is a vital component for the proper running of the companys service activity.In the context of the upcoming call for tender phases, your main responsibilities and activities will include Instruction change needs in conjunction with the works management assistance and the Information System architect Providing technical support to the Information System IS exploitation team, ensuring the correct operating of business processes in IS operational loops, interfacing with other systems including ground segments Ensuring the technical and programmatic steering of corrective and adaptive MCO, which is carried out through a service contract to an external company Supervising the update of technical documentation Ensuring the interface with Configuration Management participating in the followup committee, delivering new versions, steering and communicating the status of change requests and anomalies Validating deliveries from a qualification environment and organising their implementation acceptance, QT, deployment Contributing to the definition and the steering of the overall programmatic of the Information System This role will involve weekend oncall duty once every two months.As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience Engineering degree or equivalent, ideally in Information Technology, 3 years of experience in the integration of complex information systems integrating multiple technical systems with an initial experience in ESB Knowledge of AG software WebMethod product or equivalent Ability to converse with various technical system managers interfaced by ESB, to understand needs and to translate them into technical specifications Ability to acquire a large system vision of the functions to which ESB contributes Ideally, knowledge of satellite ground segments Independent way of working and ability to propose solutions Adaptable A negotiation level of French and an intermediate level of English.Please apply online for this vacancy.Airbus Group is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment. We are looking to further enhance our team by Infrastructure Technical Service Support You will be based initially for 2 years at our clients headquarters in Darmstadt, Germany. Extension of a further 2 years may be possible. In this large European Agency you will find an excellent and modern working environment with challenging tasks and responsibilities. Your Tasks Include The Key Person shall work in the Technical and Scientific Support TSS Department as a member of the Infrastructure Team within the Generic Systems and Infrastructure GSI Division. HeShe will report to the Technical Infrastructure Manager. The tasks of the Key Person will typically include Support to the procurement, installation, testing, and maintenance of infrastructure equipment such as cables and ducts, distribution panels, network devices, servers, blade centres, storage devices and arrays, consoles, racks, furniture and related services Generate and maintain the hardware and cabling installation documentation, including layout diagrams, network diagrams, cabling and equipment inventory lists, on the basis of new procurements as well as upgrades or relocation of existing equipment Provide support to the ordering, storing and distribution of equipment and operational consumables Provide support to General Services Division GES for the investigation and troubleshooting of infrastructure equipment problems Provide support to and interface with GES for maintenance of the Control Centres infrastructure equipment including airconditioning equipment, the Uninterruptible Power Supplies UPS, the diesel generator, etc. Support the operation and maintenance of the infrastructure tools such as the iPatch cable management system and the Struxtureware DCIM system Participation in any necessary meetings and reviews Perform any other operational infrastructurerelated tasks as directed by the Technical Infrastructure Manager. Your Profile Educational background The Key Person shall have an undergraduate degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent working experience. Mandatory experience The Key Person shall have at least 5 years proven experience as listed below Working in an environment where an ISO 9001certified management system is in use and where work activities are documented in the form of procedures and working practices Cable installation and testing. In particular the Key Person must have recent and practical experience of connecting and testing fiber cables. Installation and powering servers, storage, network equipment and installation of racks. Technical drawing software package. Experience with cable management SW tools and with Data Center Infrastructure Management SW tool. Operating experience in a 24x7 environment. Coordinating small projects 34 people with 10K EUR order of magnitude budget Desirable experience Experience with large electrical power distribution systems, UPS, cooling systems Experience with inventory management systems. Other requirements The Key Person shall be able to conduct all activities in an orderly and disciplined manner, shall be able to work calmly and correctly under stress and must be able to work with the minimum of supervision. Flexibility and good communication skills are also expected. The official languages are English and French. However, the working languages for the position are English and German, therefore the Key Person must be able to communicate effectively in both languages.
