Real estate agent to NFL players gets four years in prison

Real estate guru Tanya Marchiol - who appeared on cable news networks and whose client base included NFL players and other professional athletes - has been sentenced to four years in prison over money laundering and tax charges. Marchiol, 40 of Phoenix, was sentenced to the prison term after pleading guilty to a tax charge and being convicted in November for money laundering.

The REALTORSA Association of Edmonton released their monthly report on the Greater Edmonton Area real estate market today, showing a slight increase in the overall average residential sale price even though sales are on the decline compared to a year previous. Our preliminary report for Edmonton only, showed the market was downright average.
