QUALIFICATIONS Applicants for this post should have a Masters degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline, together with extensive experience in space project development at industry level from inception through to launch. Experience of working in telecommunications, especially with telecommunications operators, would be an asset. Candidates must have technical knowledge of or experience in resources and activities planning, project management, risk management and procurement.
