RHEA is currently recruiting a Space Program Quality Manager to support continuous improvement of current and preparation of new quality certifications for our client, a major player in the European space sector. Please note that the job will be based in the Prague area CZ. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Be responsible for preparing, implementing and followingup on internal audits Implementation of actions required to maintain the quality certification IS0 9001 Preparation of new quality certifications and supporting the development of new procedures and work instructions Supporting inhouse training activities on quality management Maintaining the Quality Management System QMS documentation Maintaining the processes related to Anomaly Reporting Recording and synthesising customer feedback and data on corrective and preventive actions Collecting and analyzing qualityrelated indicator reports and other relevant data to allow for evaluation of the effectiveness of the QMS Take part in the maintenance of Risk Management activities Support the establishment of an Integrated Management System including Information Security and Safety Management Gap analysis and action plan proposals Preparation and followup of regular meetings with the Quality Team Inputs as qualityrelated help desk for the Quality Team Compilation and analysis of nonconformances, anomalies and problems, reporting results to Heads of Units and the Quality Team, and maintaining database records Collection of data to allow for evaluation of the effectiveness of the QMS as a whole Support the analysis of external standards for incorporation into the IMS Ensuring the proper filing and documentation process of NonConformance Reports Maintaining a repository of QMrelevant documentation on the intranet. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Minimum 5 years of experience working with quality management systems Minimum 2 year of proven technical experience in the field of space projects Proven experience in ISO 9001 related quality management in the last 4 years Ability to synthesize relevant information in support of decision making processes, andor quality assurance experience in drafting reports and management recommendations Proven quality audit experience internal audits, customer audits gained in the last 4 years of a minimum of 2 projects Proven experience in the implementation of Integrated Management Systems including the application of ISO 27001 standards Proven experience in the application of quality management standards in the aerospace sector Proven participation in the implementation of Integrated Management Systems including the application of ISO 27001 standards Capacity to work and communicate efficiently in English written and oral The following skills would be highly desirable Holder of Personal Security Clearance PSC at EU RESTRICTED level How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level? In order to support its growth, SES Techcom Services has a need for an additional Sales Manager. As Sales Manager within SES TechCom S.A., the incumbent is responsible for various presales, sales and postsales activities. Projects acquisition will primarily be in the domain of satellite ground services in line with TechComs portfolio. More general, the incumbent will either be involved or lead through the process of acquisition of RFPs, the preparation and provision of proposals as well as the negotiation and the acquisition of contracts. Furthermore, the incumbent will have to supervise contract executions and will be in charge of contract management responsibilities as required. The incumbent will work together with various Engineering and Operations Departments in the various request for proposal phases from a vendor as well as from a customer perspective. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS Minimum Qualifications Bachelor degree in Electrical, Telecom or equivalent engineering qualification. Marketing specialization or Sales focus is a plus. Background in telecommunication and satellite industry is preferred. Minimum Experience 58 years of experience in engineering support for satellite companies.
