RHEA is currently recruiting a Project Control Assistant to support the overall project control management of the EDRS Programme at our clients premises in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Tasks and Activities Your primary tasks and activities may include Supporting the definition implementation of procedures for provision of project control services to the EDRS Programme. Responsibility under the authority of the EDRS Project Control Manager for the financial oversight of all EDRS activities. Managing and administrating interface between EDRS programme and the ESA procurement, forecasting, budgeting, payments and management reporting systems such as SAP, WLMS, ARAMIS, Timesheet, etc. Managing and administrating interface between EDRS programme and the service provider for the ECLIPSE, Document Management System DMS services. When necessary for example, in case of Documentalist sick leave upload the documents in Eclipse DMS. Supporting preparation, evaluation maintenance of cost plans, manpower forecasts and all other resource requirement planning of the EDRS programme including the formulation of the service provision agreements with other responsible within the programme and external support services TECHSOPIL etc. Supporting assessment, implementation, administration and monitoring of industrial contracts for matters relating to cost GRNsInvoices, .. including all change process to contract in line with ESA procurement rules CCB, Rider, CCN, Shopping Carts, etc. Assisting in preparation and maintenance of programme financial status related to the CAC, Internal or external Audits, etc and in particular the preparation of all project internal financial reporting. In addition, Implementing and administrating EDRS programme schedule files. Assisting in the EDRS programme reviews and RID tool management. Supporting all activities related to ESA IMS tasks related to Project control. Skills and Experience You must possess the following skills and experience University degree or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline. Several years handson experience in ESA ProjectsProcurement process. Strong Project controlAdministrative skills. Strong knowledge and hands on of SAP tool is required, with a good knowledge of ESA procurement process and ESA corporate software tools. Strong practical PC skills using MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge and experience of ESA Eclipse Document Management Software. Good communication skills, with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Proactive with good attention to detail. Good organisational skills Ability to manage complex tasks in a dynamic environment in particular when delegated tasks by the Project Control Manager. Project Control Department Traineeship

Specific Tasks The contractor shall support the HSOBP section with following tasks in this work package The contractor shall support assigned projects in the implementation of their industrial activities, in accordance with the approved budget and in agreement with the established administration processes and the ESA contractual and financial Regulations, and in the preparation of plans and reports concerning the programmatic aspects of the projects. i.e. schedule, cost, finance, configuration, documentation, progress control as well as risk related aspects, with the aim to provide full visibility on all activities related to project resources. Supporting preparation of work breakdown structures, work packages and schedule assistance in the preparation of tender and contract change documents covering management, programmatic and financial domains. Participation in the evaluation of proposals and change documents and preparing information required for subsequent contractual negotiations supporting contractual negotiations with industry in management, programmatic and financial domains controlling of assigned contracts with respect to financial commitments, cost, schedule, progress, invoicing, industrial return, deviation from plans and trends report generation and maintenance about financial, schedule and performance data. Update and maintenance of data in both directorate and corporate information systems. Provision of inputs to budgets, reports and forecasts support the documentation management. Monitoring of financial commitments for compliance with budgetary provisions and financial regulations planning and reporting inyear, multiyear, at completion on procurement, cost, schedule, industrial return, workforce, risks for the assigned programme.
