Requirements University PhD or Masters degree in computer science or robotics Matlab, Simulink ROS ROS 2 C Python Experience hardware and software with Kuka arm, Force Dimension Sigma 7 Haptic interface or equivalent. Experience with autonomous vision based pick and place. Experience with teleoperation. Extensive experience of Earth Analogue activities, particularly humanrobotic surface operations, and planningexecution of science operations. An indepth knowledge of current International Space Agency human exploration scenarios Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team within the boundaries of assigned tasks and stringent schedule. Experience of working at InterAgency level e.g. NASA, CSA, JAXA, Roscosmos. A working knowledge of space systems including PA and Safety Engineering for human spaceflight. Dell's most forward-looking people spoke about the future at Dell World a few weeks ago. One of the sessions I attended dovetailed with something that appears to be glaringly obvious -- to me, anyway -- which is that is that robots likely will be the next big technology wave. I then wandered around to find out what Dell was doing in robotics, and I couldn't find anything. Dell is not alone.
