Orange promotes Belgium CEO in reshuffle of management committee

(Telecompaper) Orange CEO Stephane Richard announced a reorganisation of its management committee, which has been composed of fifteen executives since mid-2018. The changes, effective from 01 September, will see Orange Belgium CEO Michael Trabbia join the committee as chief technology and innovation officer, a role previously covered by Mari-Noelle Jego-Laveissiere. Jean-Francois Fallacher will become an associate member, having been named as the new CEO of Orange Spain.

Support to Anomaly Reports tracking process, in particular organise and support the administration and tracking of Anomaly Reports ensuring the timely closure of Anomalies and associated actions support Anomaly Review Board ARB meetings in the secretarial aspects. Support to application software development or maintenance processes, in particular ensure the proper identification and archiving of software releases delivered by external or internal maintenance teams witness and crosscheck activities relevant to software installation provide support to the configuration management of source code and data files. Required Profile 50 Work time i.e. 20 hrweek University degree in computer science or engineering, At least 5 years experience in conducting and implementing Configuration Management of large scale, softwarecentred systems in an operational environment, preferably for highavailability 24hday systems like e.g. processingproduction chains, data centres or satellite systems. Experience in Quality Assurance, space system, project control andor process modelling of largescale systems with a very good understanding of project development life cycle methodologies would be considered, providing that adequate knowledge and involvement in Configuration Management activities is also demonstrated. Proven significant knowledge and experience in specifying, reviewing and implementing Configuration Management plans, processes and working practices, or at least extensive experience in providing management support to programmes or projects in development Significant experience in project development methodologies, and in particular in configuration management, CM requirements, control of configuration evolutions of systems software, hardware, databases, satellite and ground system procedures, documents, media, COTS software and COTS Licences, up to the testing and deployment of new releases on configuration controlled environments Extensive knowledge and experience with configuration management tools e.g. Serena Dimensions CM, Jira or Clearcase or business process management tools electronic workflows Extensive knowledge and experience with process modelling tools and techniques. Extensive knowledge and experience of a Configuration Management, Quality Assurance or Project Management standard e.g. ISO, ANSI, ECSS, CMMI Proven experience in planning, developing and implementing training sessions andor coaching sessions to users and stakeholders. Experience of software development on a medium or large size project The following will be considered as an advantage Experience acquired in the frame of European or International space projects Administration of a configuration management or business process management tool SQL programming on Oracle or Sybase, and scripting languages such as perl, python or vb.net S.M.A.R.T requirements, software testing methodology and tools.
