Bouygues lowers FY profit outlook on faltering construction ops

(Telecompaper) French operator Bouygues Telecom has lowered its full year outlook for the group on the back of a worsening situation at its construction businesses. Guidance for TF1 and Bouygues Telecom remain the same. For the group, the company now expects an unchanged or slightly decreased operating profit, as compared to the year before.

ORION Propulsion Engineer Analysis OPS concepts Key Tasks and Responsibilities Orion is NASAs next spacecraft to send humans further into space than ever before, beyond the Moon and even to Mars. The ESM provides electricity, water, oxygen and nitrogen as well as navigation and temperature control. Moreover, the Orion ESM contains one of the most complex propulsion subsystems ever built in Europe. As ORION Propulsion Engineer Analysis OPS concepts, you will have the following responsibilities Analyze hydraulic characteristics of propulsion SS Perform water hammer and priming shock analysis of propulsion SS to define max. design pressure definition Elaborate ops concept e.g. priming on the basis of analysis Provide technical documentation of the performed analysis as contribution to propulsion SS milestones Support propulsion SS reviews by analysis and concept definitions on propulsion SS level. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Master degree in Aerospace engineering or another relevant discipline Several years of experience in engineering, production, information systems and quality management Experience with ESA and NASA highly appreciated Knowledge of ECOSIM Pro basic knowledge and ThermXL is an asset Profound understanding of Hardware development, manufacturing, integration and testing Requirements linked to Human Rated Space Missions Equipment integration into Subassemblies Supplier technical followup Proposal preparation Fluency in English is mandatory advanced knowledge of German is an advantage. Ice Group sells Nextel stake, to de-merge international ops to concentrate on Scandinavia

(Telecompaper) Ice Group said it has accepted an offer to sell its 30 percent ownership share in Nextel Holdings for USD 70 million to AI Media Holdings (Access Industries) and plans to de-merge its international businesses in favour of a more focused approach to its future operations. After the de-merger, Ice Group proposes for all AINMT Holdings shareholders to convert their shares to the N:OTC-listed Ice Group AS vehicle, which will own 100 percent of the Scandinavian businesses after the restructuring.
