The candidate will be part of the team in charge of the design, integration and maintenance of test apparatus. FUNCTION Electric tests of printed circuits or electric subassemblies. Followup of operations and updates of plans. Integration and validation of test bays. Corrective maintenance and repair. Assembly and wiring of small, nonrecurrent subassemblies. Repairs or modifications to subassemblies. PROFILE Bachelor in Electronics. Knowledge of electric measurement. Able to read wiring diagrams Familiar with electricity safety rules Skilled MS Office user. Practical experience of crimping, tacking or brazing assembly techniques including surfacemounting Good team worker. Disciplined and independent, selfstarter. Responsibilities Assessment of parts, materials and processes for aerospace products. Documentation of all work carried out. Joint responsibility for finished goods shipment. Final assembly, inspection and test of systems prior to shipment. PCB assembly, test, debug and rework. Organisation and appearance of lab area and lab equipment. Storage of components, workinprogress and finished products. Adhere to all ISO procedures and contribute to continuous process improvement. Other tasks as necessary. Requirements Diploma or University degree in the field of production engineering electronics. IPC certification or alternative SMT Certification. Minimum 3 years experience as a test technician in electronics sector with Space standards. Experience with IPC Class 3 pass and fail criteria. Ability to rework PCB boards an advantage. Flexibility, responsibility, an independent and effective functioning and the ability to quickly learn new areas of responsibility. MRP experience e.g. Alliance, Oracle, SAP, CHESS, other systems are accepted Experience with working to ISO processes and following Work Instructions.
