EADS For EADS Headquarters in Munich in the area FTC Corporate Finance Controlling within the department FTCP Corporate Pensions we are looking for a Senior Manager mf Pension Asset Liablility Management. The newly created Corporate Pensions department is the EADS wide centre of competence for all financial matters related to corporate pensions. The department will deal with all EADS countries which have a corresponding corporate pension system. Outside of Germany, this includes in particular the UK, France and the USA. The EADS group currently has pension liabilities of around 12.5 billion Euros, of which 6 billion Euros are already funded. The large majority of the liabilities are for pension plans in Germany and the UK. Through actuarial analyses of the liabilities, strategic portfolios must be defined as part of asset liability management. In this context, the main tasks of the Senior Manager mf for Pension Asset Liability Management will involve Periodically carrying out asset liability studies regarding the pension plans of the group Ensuring an optimal portfolio structure with regard to asset liability management Developing methods for pension accounting Implementing the developed methods and ensuring their consistent application within the group Defining standardised actuarial methods across the group Ensuring optimum contribution of the pension plan and coordination of the operational plan Planning and implementing optimum allocation of capital between the various pension plans Providing support for MA transactions and Investor Relations enquiries Ensuring governance by participating in committees and boards The successful applicant will have the following skills and qualifications A Degree in Finance and further training as an Actuary, or similar training in Pension Accounting is desired Experience of pension plans in various countries France, the UK and the USA and the resulting financial implications is desired At least 5 years of experience as an Actuary or in Pension Accounting or similar Competent in working with actuaries and accountants Excellent diplomatic skills Precise way of working Excellent communication and negotiation skills German English fluentnegotiation level knowledge of French would be an advantage If you are interested in this position, please apply though our OnlineTool www.jobs.eads.com and attach your application in German or English.
