EADS For EADS Headquarters in Munich in the area FTC Corporate Finance Controlling within the department FTCP Corporate Pensions we are looking for a Senior Manager mf International Investment Trust Structures. The newly created Corporate Pensions department is the EADS wide centre of competence for all financial matters related to corporate pensions. The department will deal with all EADS countries which have a corresponding corporate pension system. Outside of Germany, this includes in particular the UK, France and the USA. A significant proportion of the pension liabilities of the EADS group comes from France, the Netherlands, the USA and the UK. As in most countries with notable corporate pension structures, in the abovementioned countries, a suitable trust and investment structure is required in order to efficiently fund the associated liabilities. Depending on the country, this can take various forms. In this context, the main tasks of the Senior Manager mf for International Investment Trust Structures will involve Ensuring efficient investment structures through the continual and proactive adaptation of structures based on new data Managing trust structures and supporting the related committees Ensuring the complete fulfilment of the contractual obligations of the EADS specific trusts Proactively monitoring relevant changes in the abovementioned countries e.g. tax law, investment law, accountancy law, regulatory bodies, pension security systems, etc. Coordinating with other departments within the group, in particular with local finance and HR departments Managing external subcontractors in the respective countries Ensuring governance by participating on committees and boards The successful applicant will have the following skills and qualifications A Degree in Finance and further training as an expert or specialist advisor in corporate pensions, or similar Extensive interdisciplinary knowledge of accountancy, law, tax, investments and corporate pensions in the various countries France, the Netherlands, the USA and the UK At least 5 years of professional experience in an insurance company trust or a capital investment company or in a similar position within a pension fund of a similar size Experience of investment and trust structures, ideally in France, the Netherlands, the USA or the UK Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience of working in a multicultural environment German and English fluent negotiation level knowledge of French would be an advantage If you are interested in this position, please apply though our OnlineTool www.jobs.eads.com and attach your application in German or English.
