Within the learning and development service, the ideal candidate shall prepare a list of all foreseen marketing events of the year job fairs or others together with analyses for participation and foreseen attendance. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Research and evaluation of universities, academic institutions which guarantee ESA the best exposure to potential job candidates, i.e. YGT, RF, VN applicants Attendance and administration of all Career Events, while the number of job fairs to be attended will be predefined by the contract service manager as part of the yearly planning Prepare the HRMarketing Plan each year Scheduling and organisation of job fairs, international days and roadshows e.g. BDLIDLR, Swiss Space Centre Administration of all the invoicing and payment related to these events. Managing the annual budgetary forecast. Regular monitoring and reporting on actual expenditure. Setup and maintenance of dedicated mailing lists for dissemination of HR information e.g. delegations, job boards, academic institutions, students, graduates in Member States Reporting on HRMarketing activities including the preparation of the Annual HRMarketing Report including but not limited to the number of events number of events per country number of participants qualitative event assessment. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have experience in HRMarketingCommunication You have good communication skills You have good knowledge of university sector in Member States You have good knowledge of ESA organisational structure You have good knowledge of ESA programmes and missions You are able to take responsibilities and work in an autonomous way You have the capacity to identify priority actions You have experience in Public Relations You have excellent organization skills You have experience in social media and website management You are fluent in English.
