The jobholder is responsible for ensuring the defined operating state of a digital radio system with all network elements and applications. Tasks and Responsibilities Deployment Complex technical inquiries from external customers. Processing of all technical tasks Technical support for customers in a specific, complextechnical area to maintain the safety and reliability of fleet availability. Definition of Repair solutions Design Technical agreement TA Support engineering order ASEO Material improvements and improvements of technical publications to ensure the reliability of fleet and reduce maintenance costs Prepare technical reports and RETEXAnalyses Return of Experience Result Technical troubleshooting RDAS Repair Design ApprovalSheet TA Technical Agreement ASEO, supplier evaluation Design improvement suggestions Technical reports RETEXsynthesis Maintenance adjustment suggestions Adaptation proposal. Requirements At least Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or Communications Engineering Further training as a technician specializing in communications engineering or communication technology is required Vocational training as ITAdministrator with many years of professional experience Vocational training as Network and system administrator with many years of professional experience work experience At least 35 years of experience in the following 2nd 3rd level support IP Routing Switching Roll out and support of digital mobile radio systems such as GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE or TETRA. Detailed knowledge of the following CRM and trouble ticket system Server virtualization Linux administration IT Security Databases and databasebased applications Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information The ability to integrate into a team High degree of responsibility, resilience and organizational talent Participation in the oncall service Willingness to travel occasionally.
