We are currently looking for a Quality Manager to support our customer in Germany. Quality Manager Key Tasks and Responsibilities Our customer is one of the leading providers of optoelectronic instruments and systems for aerospace and security applications. You will be working onsite for a company that has an excellent international reputation in the fields of optoelectronic instruments and systems, software as well as guidance, navigation and control sensors. In your role as Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities Development of policies and measures for ensuring quality standards Analysis of quality problems and preparation of documents for quality assurance Development of concepts for quality improvement Realization of concepts, review of effectiveness and definition of improvement measures Planning, execution and followup of audits Support of suppliers in terms of quality assurance and coordination of quality concepts Planning, implementation and monitoring of corrective measures for quality assurance Training and support of staff group who is responsible for inspection tasks Responsibility for implementation, presentation and documentation of various methods for a preventive quality assurance e.g. FMEA Performance of quality meetings. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in a relevant engineering discipline Professional experience in quality management and quality control quality assurance Ability to work in a team as well as independently Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
