Data Dissemination Software Engineer 1513101 Job Description We are looking for a Data Dissemination Software Engineer to support our client EUMETSAT. You shall provide support to the maintenance, evolution and development of the Data Services systems, with special focus on the maintenance and evolution of the EPS Programme Specific Dissemination System which encompass data activities such as data reception, formatting, conversion, distribution and dissemination, transferring, and also dataflows monitoring, control, and reporting. Operation and maintenance in a 247 operational environment. Software Engineering Designing, developing, and maintenance of medium to large size applications in CIC and XML technologies and Java programming language under Unix. Developing software applications using relational database management systems RDBMS.
