We are currently looking for a Corporate Assistant Resource Controller to work in the city of Noordwijk. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Supporting the BUC Office in the implementation of the overall workforce resource planning including drafting the Service Level Agreements with the internal clients and obtaining their signatures Collecting, consolidating and implementing internal EXCEL database and dedicated SAP module Timesheet Accounting System TAS the required adjustments of the Service Level Agreements, necessary for the manpower rate calculation of the Business Unit concerned Supporting the administrative implementation and monitoring of the manpower capacity in TAS for the domains under their direct responsibility To act as Local Configurator of Timesheet system Liaising with the ESTEC Frame contract procurement team for the issuing of Requests for Tender and subsequent implementation in THREAD for contractor workforce management Supporting the Business Unit Control BUC Office during the financial interim and yearend closure and for any other processes as required Implementing all administrative actions related to procurement and contractual matters, including data entry in ESA Corporate esap and local application as appropriate and monitoring of financial commitments and payment milestones, invoicing, etc. Supporting the implementation and monitoring of the designated BU EsaNow IT Policy Acting as Assistant Cost Centre Controller occasionally for some designated BU of a Department as required Other adhoc tasks as requested by management Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University degree Bachelor from a recognised Institution or equivalent qualification in Business Administration with an understanding of finance processes, with relevant experience Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools is a necessity as well as financial and related systems esap, Timesheet Management System In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a requirement Ability to liaise directly and independently with the Contracts and Purchase Office to follow up all relevant activities related to Shopping Carts, RFX, TEB nominations etc The ability to work effectively under pressure both within a team and autonomously A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and follow up. Assistant Project Controller

Position Reference 001 The Assistant Project Controller is required to support RHEAs Service Managers with the client reporting, Budget and project control for the Frame Contracts providing Services to the European Commission. This position would work closely with the Service Managers, Operations, Corporate Contracts and finance as well as the technical teams on site in the various countries. This position reports to the Business Manager, GSACZ Republic and can be based at RHEA HQ in Wavre, Belgium or in RHEAs offices in Prague, CZ. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Responsible for compiling and quality assuring the monthly, milestone and adhoc reporting for the specific contracts under the EC frame contracts. Liaising with the technical staff for their timely inputs Completing all required financial reporting, and collecting required supporting documents. Ensuring reports are accurate, detailed and meet the contract requirements. On time delivery Completes internal Budget Documents, follows up on setup in the Companys ERP system Supervises the Mission Management Process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of expenses, and reporting. Supervises the Time Management Process for the contracts, monitoring ontime submission of timesheets, tracking of working days, approved exceptions from the client and Absence monitoring. Compiles the specific contract proposals Working closely with Finance, completes the financial monitoring of the contracts, highlighting possible risks and areas for improvement. Monitors the internal and client kpis Assists in the kickoff of new contracts, integrating the delivery and reporting requirements into the monthly planning and ensuring the onsite teams are aware of the contractual requirements. Participates and supports in Contract review meetings internally and with the clients Tracks contract paperwork with Corporate Services contracts and finance team. Provides Bid support, as required. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a University level education preferably in a strong numerical subject e.g. Finance, Economics, Engineering You have 4 years of experience in a finance, Admin or project control environment You possess a good eye for detail, perfectionist. You have excellent skills in MS EXCEL and numerical reasoning You possess good analytical skills You are able to build relationships and you enjoy team working You have the ability to influence people without direct authority You have good organisational skills and planning You understand and adhere to strict deadlines You have excellent written and spoken English, another European Language would be an advantage You excel within a multicultural environment and works well with remote teams How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
