In your work you will be responsible for establishing contract documentation for our procurement of satellite equipment. You will have a leading role in negotiations with suppliers in Europe and the USA with regard to the required contractual framework. You will also be responsible for the negotiation and followup of customer contracts and be an integrated part of a project team. As the responsible person for handling of all contractual documents, you are expected to Drive contractual negotiations Be responsible for the contractual framework for ongoing projects Understand the contractual requirements applicable to procurement in the European space industry Manage Nondisclosure agreements Maintain and further develop internal processes with respect to contract management Act as an interface to the contract department at group level Act as an internal expert with respect to Swedish legislation We are looking for candidates with a University degree, preferably in law, and currently are working with contract management in complex technical projects. Also, the successful candidate has several years of experience from negotiations with both customers and suppliers as responsible for the contractual parts We expect you to have excellent ability to reach agreements and results and are driven by creating longterm relationships with external parties. Further, you are confident about working independently yet having good ability to work in a team and to drive processes forward. We assume that you are fluent in English and has good working knowledge of the Swedish language. Due to export control regulations, an employee in this position is required to have citizenship within the EU or NATO.

The Procurement and Contracts Grants Legal OfficerAdministrator depending on his main area of competence will be in charge of supporting the Agency in substantially all the tasks of the Legal and Procurement Department as identified above, and in particular of handling a broad range of legal tasks pertaining to both administrativesupport and operationaltechnical activities of the Agency andor handling procurements, contract management and grants. The Procurement and Contracts Grants Legal OfficerAdministrators tasks and responsibilities shall in principle include without limitation and as may be adjusted by the Head of Department relevant Team Leader 1. Legal advice Providing legal advice in support of human resources, finance, IT and logistics, communications activities, as well as on operations of the Agency including Galileo and EGNOS exploitation, security, market development Advising on the regulatory framework of the Agency, as well as supporting relations with stakeholders such as EU institutions, agencies, other organisations Providing support in the management of the Administrative Board Providing expert advice on procurement and grants Any other administrative tasks related to legal management. 2. Management of calls for tendersproposals Drafting, advising on or helping coordinating calls for tendersproposals for both administrative and operational procurementsgrants in line with applicable rules and best practices Managing calls for tendersproposals e.g. publication, organisation of and assistance to evaluation boards, selection process, contractagreement award and signature Interfacing with relevant stakeholders, including project officers, finance department, economic operators, auditors Any other administrative tasks related to procurement management. 3. Contract grant management Contributing to legal and financial management of any legal commitment Following up on contract grant implementation and performance Assisting project officers with issues in contract grant lifecycle Any other administrative tasks related to contract grant management.
